Recently Venuto turned his love for house music to the studio. He gained instant success with his deep tribal rhythms getting the attention of international labels including Music X Press, Minimo records, Soulman Records, South American House, Rhythm Selector, and One Love. This was backed up by remixes for some world-class artists such as Ben Macklin, Jason Herd, Roland Clarkand, Javi Mula and recently Miguel Migs. One of his most notable signings is his remix of Danism – Mesmerise, which was released on MN2S.
Venuto’s next single Love is set for release in 2009 and is guaranteed to be massive worldwide. Following that Venuto shows his deeper side with an EP on Deep House Project. Venuto is one to watch this summer with an arsenal of releases set to come. Venuto is all that is house music….

Venuto Interview
So how did it all begin?
was 14 and went to and under 18's party and was watchin the dj thinking that it must be so much fun to have the whole club in the palm of your hand all dancing to your tunes . so got a job and saved to buy myself some dj equipment. set up the epuipment in mums garrage, faced the speakers outside and played records every afternoon to the kids in the park accross the road. Held some awsome under 18 parties and used to play at heaps of house parties till i was 18 then got myself into clubs.

What was the first club you ever played at?
first club was Q -bar for some dj comp that i won and the prize was to play alongside with 2 dmc world champions in sydney super dome for a nye rave. there was 3 of us, 5 turntables and 3 mixers and we were all scratchin and mixin tunes. was an amazing expirience.
What was your first record/cd you bought?
first record - Micheal Jackson - thriller album
first house track -one more time - daft punk
Out of all the music you have, which track ‘never fails?'
really depends on the croud im playing for but you can never go wrong with
"you dont know me - armen van heldon" or "inner city - good life"
What's your favourite track of all time?
"man in the mirror - michael jackson", but favourite house tune would have to be "donna summers - i feel love" this track just brings back so manny good memories.
Funniest thing that ever happened while Dj’ing?
had a girl dance infront of the dj box with her boobs out and hands in the air hahaha
Other DJs you rate?
jason bye, carter, morrillo, ron carrol, karrizma, luciano, butch, joski
So how is the party scene in your eyes at the moment?
definatly not like it used to be. alot of people are out to be seen instead of out to listen to tunes and party. its a shame but its still fun to play for the real house heads who do come out to hear good tunes and have a dance.
When all the partying is over how do you like to chill out?
hanging out with family, movies, fishing, hangin out with my gf, going out on my little boat, spending time with my parrot Montanna, cooking, studio
What advice would you give to up and coming DJs?
learn your history on the music you play, where it all began and the djs/producers that helped create what it is today. and learn how to program your sets instead of just playing big floor fillers all the time. keeping a dance floor interested and trusting you will take them on a ride is much beter then being your local dukebox playing todays hits.
